1949
Foundation of the company.

1955            
Maresi Alpenmilch, the unique coffee milk in the glass bottle is created.

1974      
The company enters the foodbroking business. The first partner brand, "Dreh & Trink" - the soft drink in the plastic bottle is launched with great success.

1991     
The first foreign subsidiary is opened in Hungary.

1993             
The company expands into a further neighbouring country: the Czech Republic.

1999            
Takeover and expansion of the foodbroker network into Slovakia.

2003/2004        
Takeover of the strong brand "Inzersdorfer", Himmeltau, Bonelli and Shan Shi.   

2008           
Takeover of the well-known partner label Ovomaltine in Austria and start up in Romania.

2009
Takeover of the foodbroker appelt.

2011
Takeover of the partner brand Dextro Energy.
