Bonne Maman uses brown cane sugar and white beet sugar, and no glucose syrup and high fructose corn syrup. Bonne maman does not sweeten with concentrate fruit juice, such as grape, because, first, it does not have less calories and second, it distorts the taste and the scent of the preserve.
