Bonne Maman

The brand Bonne Maman was launched by Andros, a French, family owned company, in 1971. Over the years, Bonne Maman has become the unrivalled market leader in France and the number one imported brand in many countries.

With high fruit content (50% minimum), no colourings, preservatives or artificial flavourings, Bonne Maman preserves are made with only the most perfect fruit. For its preserves, Bonne Maman selects only intensely flavoured and ripe fruit which are slowly cooked so as not to damage fruit pieces

Bonne Maman

Bonne Maman uses brown cane sugar and white beet sugar, and no glucose syrup and high fructose corn syrup. Bonne maman does not sweeten with concentrate fruit juice, such as grape, because, first, it does not have less calories and second,  it distorts the taste and the scent of the preserve.
