Baby food of the highest quality has been produced in the small Bavarian town of Pfaffenhofen now for over 100 years. The gingerbread bakery Hipp, where in 1899 Joseph Hipp mixed rusk bread, milk and water to produce the first baby food has meanwhile become Germany’s market leader in baby food. Still run as a family enterprise under the leadership of Dr. Claus Hipp and his brothers, Georg and Paulus.
