Wawel SA is one of the oldest and most recognized confectionery plants in Poland.
The company is proud of its traditions that go back to the end of the 19th century, when in 1898 Adam Piasecki founded a confectionery company in Cracow. After World War II, as a result of the merge with the „Suchard” and „Pischinger” plants, Wawel gained additional experience in the chocolate production, and know-how from the famous confectioners.
Since 1998, the company is listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Wawel, as a permanently growing company, continuously makes efforts to improve its products and organisation.
Since 2006, the production is made in the modern factory of Dobczyce. Apart from traditional confectionery recipes, the company proposes all the time new products and flavours.
Thanks to the long tradition, modern production base and care about unique flavours and high quality, the products of WAWEL are constantly appreciated by the new generations of gourmets!
